Reservations/Confirmation
A deposit of one half (50%) of the total price of
your visit is required in advance to secure your
reservation. At the time we receive your prepayment,
a receipt will be mailed confirming your
reservation.
Cancellations/Date Change
We apologize for any inconvenience, but no monies
will be refunded unless the chalet is re-rented for
the same period as your reservation. If the chalet
is re-rented, your deposit will be refunded less a
15% handling fee.
Payment
You may use cash, travelers checks or money order to
pay your reservation deposit as well as the balance
of your bill. You may pay in advance by personal
check if the check is received 30 days prior to your
check-in date. Full payment is due upon arrival.
Your driver’s license number is required with all
forms of payment and will be recorded upon arrival.
Registration
All guests must be registered prior to stay. The
maximum occupancy for Cove Ridge Chalet is 7 people.
The person paying for the cabin rental is
responsible for showing these policies to each
individual in the group prior to arrival. Each
individual’s agreement to and acceptance of these
policies is indicated by each individual’s arrival
on the property.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED
Smoking is allowed outside only.
NO PETS
If pets are discovered, they will have to be boarded.
The tenant must pay for any damages plus a
non-refundable $125.00 (plus tax) fee for pest
extermination. We reserve the right to not refund
deposits, refuse rentals, and to terminate the
occupancies if, in our opinion, the occupancy is
detrimental to the property.
Damage/Missing Items
The individual who made the reservation and/or paid
for the reservation is responsible for the
replacement cost(s) of any and all damaged or
missing items (“losses”) belonging to Cove Ridge
Chalet that occurred during the individual’s stay.
Liability
Each person who arrives on the property does so at
their own risk and accepts full liability for that
risk and whatever occurs to them while they are on
the property. Each child must have a guardian and
that guardian accepts full liability and
responsibility for the care and welfare of that
child. The property owner cannot be held liable or
responsible for harm to you or other individual(s)
from your carelessness, the carelessness of the
individual harmed, or the carelessness of others.
The owner cannot be held liable or responsible for
any harm or damage caused by acts of nature or god.
Each person who arrives on the property accepts full
responsibility for their own actions and agrees to
be liable and responsible for those actions. Each
person accepts full liability and responsibility for
their own possessions.
